摘要
Abstract
With the case of G Power Design Institute, this paper analyses the practices and experiences of risk man-agement in international projects, expatiates on the risks encountered and the main countermeasures by Power Design Institutes nowadays in the preliminary stage of engaging in international projects. Therefore it is concluded that the risks in international projects is not uncontrollable. The risks may be predicted, prevented, decreased, dissolved or transferred properly through risk management system and effective countermeasures.关键词
