花生种质资源出苗期耐低温性鉴定方法及应用
Identification Method of Low Temperature Tolerance on Peanut Germplasm Resourcesin Emergence Stage and Its Application

Abstract
157 peanut germplasms were sown in the field in two different sowing time, including low-temperature time and normal-temperature time respectively, so as to investigate their emergence rate, average emergence rate and relative emergence rate after sowed 12 days, 17 days and 22 days.The re-sult showed that remarkable difference was existed among 157 peanut germplasms with tolerance to low temperature, and seeding emergence time delayed 5 days when peanut were sowed in low-tempera-ture time.The analysis of statistics showed that 17 days after sowing was the most suitable time to in-vestigate seedling emergence rate, and 80% of relative emergence rate could be the criteria to identify the tolerance to low temperature.And the preliminary method for screening peanut low temperature tolerance was constructed.In this study, 12 peanut varieties with high tolerance to low temperature were acquired, which were important material base for subsequent study and practical application.关键词
