花生高油酸育种研究进展
Research Progress on High-oleic Acid Peanut Breeding
摘要
Abstract
Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the important oilseed crops in China.The main factor influencing oil quality of peanut seeds is the composition of fatty acids.Peanut oils with higher oleic acid contents are considered having higher nutritional value and longer shelf life.There-fore, breeding peanut variety with high oleic acid content is an important breeding objective of peanut quality.In this paper, we summarized mutants of high-oleic acid peanut, the molecular mechanisms and developing methods of producing high oleic acid varieties.It was expected to provide reference for breeding, exploring and utilizing of high-oleic acid peanut germplasm resources.关键词
