Abstract

The multi-dimensional vibration test can be used to simulate the vibration environment better than the traditional one-dimensional vibration test and the fault excitation efficiency is improved. A system-level multi-dimensional vibration test technology is put forward in this paper, with the vibration excitation on the horizontal axis and the vertical axis provided by four shakers. The overall design of the vibration system, the mechanical decoupling techniques, the multi-dimensional vibration control techniques and the fixture design are elaborated in this paper. A system prototype is designed based on the three-dimensional modeling design, the dynamics analysis and the optimal design. The multi-dimensional vibration control software is developed. Thus the vibration excitation with four electro-magnetic shakers on two axes at the same time is realized. Key technologies are validated, and the results show that the vibration system can well meet the requirements.
