Abstract
U.S.patent invalidity j udgment j ustice system from a simple shift of j udicial and administra-tive j udgment “dual track”.The past two years have determined that the trend of expansion to the Chief. USPTO review system function and value can not be ignored.China's current patent invalid administrative and j udicial j udgment can learn from the United States.It will be positioned in the direction of reform to build a strong patent reexamination system,while clearly defined and limited effective j udicial review sys-tem.In order to improve China's patent law system.关键词
