Thought and Framework of Evaluation Index System of Construction of Rule of Law in Hunan
摘要
Abstract
Scientific Evaluation Index System(EIS)is the basis of obj ective evaluation.The evaluation of construction of rule of law in Hunan focuses on both the process and the consequence.Firstly,EIS de-composes,refines and quantifies the spiritual essence of Construction Program of Rule of Law in Hunan. Secondly,EIS ensures the broad participation of party committees and governments,the experts and the public in the evaluation process.Finally,EIS includes the indicators of basic means,obj ective results and subj ective feelings.关键词
