Research on Validity and Risk Control of Collaborative Innovation of Technology-based Small-micro Enterprises’Investment and Financing
分析了科技型小微企业投融资协同创新的有效性及空间聚集与投融资联合对协同创新的影响，对协同创新中可能遇到的风险进行了初步的探讨，并制定了相应的风险预防机制和风险应对措施。
Validity of the collaborative innovation of investment and financing in technology-based small-micro enterprises is analyzed first.Then,the effect of spatial clustering and joint investment and fi-nancing on collaborative innovation are discussed.Then,it preliminarily discusses the possible risks in col-laborative innovation.Finally,the corresponding risk prevention mechanism and risk response measures would be formulated.
