Research on Validity and Risk Control of Collaborative Innovation of Technology-based Small-micro Enterprises’Investment and Financing
摘要
Abstract
Validity of the collaborative innovation of investment and financing in technology-based small-micro enterprises is analyzed first.Then,the effect of spatial clustering and joint investment and fi-nancing on collaborative innovation are discussed.Then,it preliminarily discusses the possible risks in col-laborative innovation.Finally,the corresponding risk prevention mechanism and risk response measures would be formulated.关键词
