“微时代”高频转发下意见领袖的网络失范行为及其治理∗
The Opinion Leader's Cyber Misconduct and its Countermeasures under High-frequency Forwarding in the Micro Era
摘要
Abstract
People have entered the micro era,when what opinion leaders tweet or repost is always easy to obtain high-frequency transmission,making it possible for network dissemination.However,the high-frequency transmitting of false information will accelerate the diffusion speed of rumor and the block of real information,disturbing social order.More importantly,when reposting contents contradict with tradition-al values,the formation of core value system would get into trouble.And the forwarding of spoof informa-tion would also weaken the innovation and independent thinking.Meanwhile,copyright infringement gets worse under high-frequency reposting.Therefore,not only the improvement of self-cultivation and self-discipline,but also the external supervision are required to standardize the behavior of opinion leaders.关键词
