摘要
Abstract
The influence factors of thermal load of FPA detector was studied. Based on the main heat conduction factors, a scheme using polyimide film as flexible cable has been put forward and technology parameters have been given. This kind of thin-film-connector was verified by test and usage. It can be used in cooling detector at 80K temperature well to make electrical connections reliable. It also contributes to reduce the cooled detector thermal load.关键词
