摘要
Abstract
The noise equivalent temperature difference, signal transfer function and other related concepts are presented, and the specific measurement methods and process of noise equivalent temperature difference based on the high temperature background are put forward. Under the background temperature 825℃, temporal and spatial noise equivalent temperature difference of MCS640 infrared thermal imaging system were measured and analyzed by means of a blackbody. The measurement result shows that the spatial noise equivalent temperature difference is primary.关键词
