Research Progresses on Dark Current Mechanisms of Long-wavelength HgCdTe Infrared Detectors
摘要
Abstract
The dark current mechanism of HgCdTe long-wavelength infrared(LWIR)detectors is analyzed in detail. Simultaneous-mode nonlinear fitting method is proposed to extract and analyze the parameters from the experimental dark current curves. This paper presents a comprehensive review of research background and fundamental issues of HgCdTe LWIR detectors, as well as some recent progresses in the suppression of the dark current.关键词
