Hybrid Refractive/Diffractive Optics Application in the Athermalization
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces several athermalization design methods, and the application of diffractive elements in athermalization is the focus of the analysis. For the application of diffractive elements in the optical passive athermalization, the paper designs an athermalized infrared system in long-wave with refractive and diffractive elements. The optical system realizes athermalization and achromatism, which can work stably at the temperature range from-40℃ to+70℃. The image quality of the system is better, and the structure is simple, compact and practical.关键词
