Abstract
Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical Company Alkylbenzene Factory was required to transform their light paraffin column internals,and the new vertical sieve tray (New VST)was prepared to replace its original F1 valve trays.Using paraffin as medium hot model test in the multifunctional combined tower test device of Northwest University,the tray efficiency of New VST was determined.Meantime,F1 floating valve tray was studied for comparison under the same conditions.In total reflux operation,the samples from top and bottom were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS ).The efficiencies of different trays were calculated by PRO/Ⅱsimulation software.Compared with the results,the efficiency of New VST was 1 6.7% higher than that of F1 in this condition.关键词
