Abstract
A series of experiments were conducted on a cold circulating fluidized bed (CFB )test rig,with the diameter of the riser 0.1 m and the height of 3 m,investigating the influence of the location of pressure balance opening on the experimental system′s operation characteristics with two-staged loop seals.The system′s operation characteristics were compared between one-staged and two-staged loop seals.The experimental results show that when the two-staged loop seals are adopted,the location of the pressure balance opening has no influence on the solids circulating rate and the pressure balance of the entire system.When the different loop seal structure is adopted,the solids circulating rate demonstrates similar trend,and the pressure drop in the standpipes nearly equals.The pressure fluctuation is higher when one-staged loop seal is applied,which indicates that the CFB with two-staged loop seals is more stable relative to one-staged loop seal.关键词
