摘要

Abstract

Following an analysis of makeup/circulating water scaling and corrosion tendency and a discussion on water treatment agent-based scaling resistance and corrosion inhibition mechanisms , a high-efficiency , composite and scale-resisting corrosion inhibitor formula , which contains hydroxyl and sulfonic acid groups , and a daily water treatment plan were proposed , in order to prevent scaling and improve the corrosion inhibition performance .In addition , a static scale-resisting test and a rotary coupon corrosion test were carried out to verify the formula′s rationality and long-term operation stability .
