螺旋立铣刀正交车铣轴类零件切削力建模分析
Modeling and analysis of cutting forces in orthogonal turn-milling shaft parts with helical end mills
摘要
Abstract
The undeformed chip geometry and the engagement limits in non-eccentricity or eccentricity orthogonal turn-milling were studied for shaft parts with helical end mills .Within engagement zone , the milling tool was divided into infinitesimal elements along the tool axis .The formula to calculate the instantaneous cutting force was established for each element .All of the discrete forces were inte-grated to obtain the total cutting force .According to the cutting force model ,the characteristic of the cutting force in orthonogal turn-milling was analyzed .Experiments were conducted on a turn-milling machine tool to validate the cutting force model .关键词
