摘要

Abstract

To study the wear characteristics of hydraulic components of an axial‐flow pump transpor‐ting silt carrying flow ,the inner solid‐liquid two‐phase flow field was simulated by utilizing the inho‐mogeneous model and the particle model based on software ANSYS CFX .The focus was placed on the analysis of the solid phase volume fraction distribution and slip velocity on the hydraulic components wall ,and their relations with the wear characteristics .Results show that the solid particles are mainly accumulated near the head and the pressure surface of blades ,so the pressure surface wears faster than the suction side and the most serious wear damage appears on the head of inlet .Different direc‐tional solid phase slips cause different types of wear on blade head and blade surface .Where the solid phase slipping faster ,the volume fraction is larger ,the wear of hydraulic components is more serious . Under the same solid phase volume fraction ,the slip velocity of the pressure surface is higher than that of the suction side .In the same position of the blade surface ,solid phase slip velocity is increas‐ing with the increase of solid phase volume fraction and particle diameter ,and the wear of hydraulic components become more serious when transporting flows with large particles .
