发动机正时系统噪声诊断与降噪研究
Research of engine timing system noise diagnosis and reduction
摘要
Abstract
T he engine timing system noise as a research object had been processed by the coherent de‐tection and Hanning window function first .Then by the zoom fast Fourier transformation method combined with the order tracking method marked by the characteristic frequency function ,the noise source of engine belt driven timing system was diagnosed accurately and different effects between di‐rect and indirect noise reduction ways were tested and verified completely .The results indicate that the noise is aroused by the crankshaft gear′s meshing and belt span′s resonance .In an indirect way , high‐frequency noise above 1 .4 kHz was suppressed by a cover ,but noise below 1 .4 kHz became worse .In a direct way ,decreasing the belt initial tension value to 200 N can be effective in reducing noise .关键词
