硅树脂的结构、性能与断裂行为研究
The Structure,Properties and Fracture Behaviors of Silicone Resin

Abstract
A series of methylphenyl silicone resin with different R/Si ratios were synthesized by using methyl chlorosilane and phenyl chlorosilane as the materials ,and the effects of different R/Si ratios on the flexural properties of silicon resin were investigated .The FT‐IR and TGA results indicate that the produced resin is methylphenyl silicone resin containing the hydroxyl group ,showing good thermal stability .Along with the increase of R/Si ratio ,the flexural properties of cured silicone resin slightly increases then significantly decreases .The silicone resin with R/Si ratio of 1 .2 presents the maximum flexural strength of about 22 M Pa .Basing on the observation and analysis of fracture surface ,the paper discusses the differences in the fracture behaviors of silicone resin and the relations correlated with the flexural properties .关键词
