聚硅氧烷衍生的手性伯胺催化不对称aldol 反应的研究

摘要
Abstract
A novel method to prepare chiral primary amines with polysiloxane inert long chain is successfully developed , a series of chiral primary amine catalysts derived from polysiloxane are synthesized ,and the asymmetric aldol reaction which is used to catalyze α,α,α-trifluoroacetophenone and acetone is carried out smoothly with these catalysts .The effects of acids ,the structure of the catalysts and solvents on the reaction are investigated .The asymmetric aldol reaction of α,α,α-trifluoroacetophenone and acetone catalyzed by catalyst A and Boc-L-phenylalanine in water phase exhibits excellent yield (94% ) and moderate enantioselectivity (54% ee) .关键词
