BODIPY 基荧光传感器对半胱氨酸的检测
The Detection of Cysteine Based on BODIPY Fluorescent Sensor
摘要
Abstract
A new fluorescent sensor based on BODIPY and Hg2+ is designed and synthesized .As the chelating ability of Hg2+ and the cysteine containing sulfydryl is stronger than that of Hg 2+ and RS1 ,the Hg2+ in the RS1-Hg2+ complex is captured by Cys ,resulting in the release of RS1 .Obviously ,this principle can be used to the detection of the Cys containing sulfydryl .The fluorescence detection limit value of cysteine is calculated as 0 .62μmol /L ,which is lower than the detection limit of cosmetics in the provisions of the Food and Drug Administration .关键词
