卵源性多价抗蝮蛇毒IgY的制备及检测
Preparation and Detection of Polyvalent IgY Antibodies against Pit Vipers
摘要
Abstract
The experiment uses the toxoid prepared from the complexity of snake venoms from Gloydius brevicaudus , Gloydius ussuriensis ,Gloydius saxatilis ,Protobothrops mucrosquamatus and Protobothrops jerdonii to immunize the 20~22 week‐old Leghom hens ,and collects the eggs before and during the immunization ,then cracks the eggs and separates the yolk to extract the polyvalent egg yolk IgY by freeze‐thawing method ,water dilution method and PEG extraction method , and determines the titer of IgY by ELISA and Western blot . The results show all of the eggs collected during the immunization contain effective IgY that can neutralize five snake venoms mentioned above ,and the content of these IgY increases as the immune‐intensity enhancing .The content of effective IgY varies by different extraction methods ,and even the efficiency of IgY extracts by the same method varies while neutralizes with different venoms ,this might be attributed to the different immune response of animals to these five venoms .关键词
