摘要

Abstract

The nano-HMX based polymer bonded explosive (PBX)was prepared using solution-water slurry method by controlling the ratio of water to material,the reaction temperature and the stirring speed etc factors.The thermal decomposition characteristics of nano-HMX based PBX were analyzed by a TG/DSC simultaneous thermal analyzer. Results show that DTG peak temperature,activation energy and exothermic quantity of the thermal decomposition reaction of the nano-HMX based PBX are 557.5K,270.5kJ/mol and 816.3J/g,respectively.In comparison with micron-HMX based PBX,DTG peak temperature of the nano-HMX based PBX shifts 3.7 K downwards,its activa-tion energy increases by 86.9 kJ/mol and exothermic quantity increases by 158J/g.Below isokinetic temperature 558.3 K,the thermal stability of nano-HMX based PBX is better than that of micron-HMX based PBX.
