Thermal Decomposition Reaction Kinetics of Dihydroxylammonium-5,5′-Bistetrazole-1,1′-diolate
摘要
Abstract
The thermal decomposition behavior of dihydroxylammonium-5,5′-bistetrazole-1,1′-diolate (TKX-50 ) was studied by TG-DTA at heating rates of 2.0,5.0,10.0 and 20.0 K/min and its thermal decomposition kinetic pa-rameters were studied by Ozawa′s and Kissinger′s methods.Results show that the thermal decomposition process of TKX-50 can be divided into two stages.The activation energy and pre-exponential factor for the first stage are 147. 05 kJ/mol and 10 12 .91 s-1 ,respectively.Thermal decomposition of the first stage is controlled by the mechanism of 2D diffusion,and the reaction mechanism obeys the Jander equation with n=1/2.The kinetic equation for the first decomposition stage can be expressed as:dαdT =10 12 .91β ×4(1-α) 1 2 1-(1-α) [ ] 1 2 1 2 e 14705 RT .关键词
