TATB 基含铝炸药作功能力的试验研究
Experimental Study on Work Ability of TATB-based Aluminized Explosives

Abstract
To evaluate the work ability of TATB-based aluminized explosives,the cylinder test of aluminized explosives was simulated via ANSYS-LSDYNS software using the Lee-Tarver ignition and growth trinomial model. The parameters of JWL equation of state and the reaction rate for aluminized explosives were obtained.The ability to accelerate copper flyer for aluminized explosives with different aluminum particle size was experimentally investigated by a laser displacement interferometer.The calibration parameters of cylinder test were validated via numerical calculations.Results show that small size aluminum powder can make the copper flyer gain larger free surface velocity,and the time to accelerate the copper flyer shorten,showing that the reaction time of aluminized explosives with particle size of 2μm shortens by 13.6% compared with that of aluminized explosives with partcle size of 10μm.The simulated results agree well with the experimental ones,indicating that the parameters of detonation products obtained by the cylinder test are effective.关键词
