摘要
Abstract
To solve the military software cost estimation problem ,a software cost estimation method based on COCO-MO-Ⅱ is proposed in this paper .The basic COCOMO and the COCOMO-Ⅱ models are all presented ,and the corresponding calculate formulas are all displayed .The COCOMO-Ⅱ model can be modified to match the characteristic of military soft-ware ,and the modification principle is presented .COCOMO-Ⅱ model is an effective theoretical model in military software cost estimation which is verified by cost estimation example ,and the proposed method in this paper is helpful for real military software cost estimation .关键词
