摘要
Abstract
The introduction of BPR(business process improve and re-engineering) could promote efficiency of operation command .The contradiction between traditional operation command system and the requirement of Information-based opera-tion command are analyzed .A train of thought about the simultaneous development of flow system ,C4 ISR ,organization sys-tem aiming at problems about operation command organization ,function and power ,institution is proposed .Some methods about improving and re-engineering operation command are described .关键词
