摘要
Abstract
Upgrading the system operational capability of submarine force ,was essential to conquer the enemy for the submarine force in the information-based war on the sea .On the foundation of evaluation aim for submarine system opera-tional capability ,the fitting evaluation index was constructed and the evaluation method of integrated synthesis method for submarine system operational capability .The conclusion could provide reference for submarine force upgrading system opera-tional capability and performing historical mission nowdays .关键词
