Abstract
Technical risk identification ,assessment and control is one of the most important parts of the submarine combat system test project risk management ,and runs through the entire process test .Evaluation index system is established by identifying factors of the submarine combat system test project technical risk ,using the grey comprehensive evaluation for submarine combat system test project technical risk assessment and the calculating example is given to prove that it has a cer-tain significance to the risk management of submarine combat system test project .关键词
