摘要

Abstract

Flow characteristics is an important aspect of measuring performance of gear pumps ,and current researches on the flow characteristics of gear pumps focus on the displacement ,flow quality ,and so on .The basic mathematical model of involute internal gear pump‐flow characteristic analysis is established ,and the formula for accurate calculation of instanta‐neous flow rate ,displacement ,flow pulsation and trapping volume rate are obtained based on the time variable .Based on NACHI Corporation IPH‐case of involute internal pump ,the effects of the gear parameters ,such as modules ,transmission ratio ,high displacement and angular displacement ,on flow characteristics of the gear are studied .The simulation results show that the greater the gears modulus or the transmission ratio are ,the more serious the trapped oil phenomenon is ,and a smaller height displacement coefficient or an appropriate angle modification design can relieve the trapped oil phenomenon .
