摘要

Abstract

Broadband Doppler sonar measures velocity relative to sea bottom according to Doppler effect and has been used in the navigation of multiple carriers .It increases the measurement accuracy compared with narrowband technique by phase coded technique and pulse‐pulse correlation technique .The paper analyses the system structure and principles of broad‐band Doppler sonar and introduce complex covariance method .According to the analysis of lake experiment data ,characteris‐tics of signal received by receiver are analyzed .Wave and envelope in time domain are analyzed .
