摘要

Abstract

It proposed a ship battle damage assessment(BDA ) algorithm based on remote sensing image change detec‐tion ,including image preprocessing ,ship detection ,target area extraction ,feature extraction and two‐level assessment. It researched target area extraction ,feature selection and other issues ,then assessed ship in two levels. Ship damage images were simulated based on visual simulation technology. BDA experiments were carried on and the results showed that the al‐gorithm can effectively realize BDA for ship target at sea.
