飞行员海上遇险救生中的情报支援与协调机制研究OA
Research on the Intelligence Supporting and Coordination Mechanism in the Pilot Rescue Operation on the Sea
论文针对目前飞行员救援行动中缺少情报支援手段，难以及时准确地获知飞行员遇险位置等情报信息这一问题开展了研究工作。首先分析了飞行员遇险救生中情报支援的需求；然后提出了飞行员遇险救生情报支援系统的设计方案以解决飞行员救援工作中情报获取与传输的问题；最后结合设计的情报支援系统对飞行员遇险救生中情报支援的组织指挥和协调机制进行了研究，研究内容包括飞行员情报支援系统在海上遇险援救中的组织方法，以及协调国内外救援力量的情报共享机制，研究成果可用于飞行员遇险救生工作的辅助决策。
