摘要

Abstract

This paper uses the Longley‐Rice model to simulate and study wave transmission loss of the relay communi‐cation system starting from the characteristics of radio communications on the sea ,establishes the relationship between the sea buoy communicate with the marine environment and the structure of the communication system .The research of trans‐mission loss provides a necessary theoretical basis for the design of the float mechanism .
