Abstract
The characteristic of ground early warning detection system are analyzed ,and index system which gives pri‐ority to detection ability is constructed ,and air gene is used for index construction on based of dynamic characteristic of ground early warning detection system ,which help to index model application .An evaluation method of combat capability in application is presented lastly .关键词
