酿酒酵母对断奶大鼠生产性能、肠道发育、血液理化指标及免疫功能的影响
Effect of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae on Production Performance,Gut Development, Physio-biochemical and Immune Function of Early Weaned Rat

Abstract
To study the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance ,intestine development , physio‐biochemical and immune function of early weanedrat ,a total of 30 weaned‐SD rats were randomly divided into 3 treatments as follows:the control group ,the S .cerevisiae group ,and the antibiotic group in the current re‐search .The intestine development ,physio‐biochemical and immune function were assayed after 15 days .The re‐sults showed that the growth performance of weanedrat was significantly improved in the S .cerevisiae group com‐pared with the control group (P<0 .01) ,but not so evidently compared with that of the antibiotic group (P>0 . 05) .The contents of total protein ,DNA ,and RNA in the S .cerevisiae group revealed the same tendency as above when compared with the control group (P<0 .01)and the antibiotic group (P>0 .05) .The physio‐biochemical of the S .cerevisiae group was significantly decreased than the control group (P<0 .01) ,but was comparable with that in the antibiotic group ( P> 0 .05 ) . Additionally , the immune function and intestine development had no differences in the S .cerevisiae group compared with the control group and antibiotic group (P> 0 .05) .The weanedrat diet supplement with S .cerevisiae was effective to enhance growth performance ,stimulate intestine de‐velopment and reduce the stress in conclusion .关键词
