日粮赖氨酸水平对12～18周龄雌性临武鸭血液生化指标的影响
Influence of Lysine Level in Basal Diet on Serum Biochemical Indexes of 12-18 w Male Linwu Duck
摘要
Abstract
In order to research the effects of Lys level of 84 to 126‐day‐old Linw u duck on serum bio‐chemical and hormonal indices ,210 healthy 84‐day‐old Linwu ducks with nearly the same weight were ran‐domly selected and allocated to 5 groups (the level of Lys were 0 .55% ,0 .65% ,0 .75% ,0 .85% and 0 .95% ) ,6 replicates in each group and 7 Linwu ducks in each replicate .The experiment lasted for 47 days .The results showed:① there were no significant difference on GLU ,CHO ,UA ,BUN ,Cr and ALT (P>0 .05) ,but diets of different Lys levels significantly affected the content of TG ,ALP and AST/ALT (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01);②there were no significant difference on GH ,Ins ,GIU ,Cor ,T3 ,T4 and T3/T4 (P>0 .05) .In conclusion ,with the serum biochemical indices and serum hormonal indices as evalu‐ation indexes ,the 0 .55% Lys level of diets can fulfill the requirement of duck's grow th and development , and the most appropriate diet's Lys level of 12 to 18 week‐old Linwu ducks was 0 .75% ~0 .85% .关键词
