正负折射率含缺陷1维光子晶体多通道滤波器
Multi-channel filter based on 1-D photonic crystals composed of alternate layers of left-handed and right-handed materials with defects

Abstract
In order to study the influence of the structural parameters on the defect modes of 1-D photonic crystal containing positive index materials and negative index materials , the transmission spectrum of the 1-D photonic crystal containing positive index materials and negative index materials B ( AB ) m ( ACB ) n ( AB ) m B was calculated by using the optical transmission matrix .The effect of structural parameters on defect modes of 1-D photonic crystals was analyzed . Then, the mechanism of multi-channel filters was analyzed based on the wave optics .The results show that there are n defect modes that have the ultra-narrow multi-channel filtering properties when the optical thickness of each layer medium equals to λ0/4.When n=1 and the optical thickness of C layer medium equals to k ×(λ0/4), there are k defect modes that have the ultra-narrow multi-channel filtering properties .When n≥2 and the optical thickness of C layer medium equals to k ×(λ0/4), there are n ×k defect modes that have the ultra-narrow multi-channel filtering properties.The results have certain reference value to the design and research of photonic crystal .关键词
