法夫酵母 JMU-MVP14菌体中类胡萝卜素成分分析

Abstract
Carotenoids in Phaffia rhodozyma JMU-MVP14 were analyzed by combining the methods of TLC, CLC (column liquid chromatography)and HPLC.With the combining of MgO-CLC and silica gel-CLC,carotenoids in Phaffia rhodozyma JMU-MVP14 were separated well into several fractions,each fraction with an individual carotenoid. Unsatisfactory separation and drifting of Rt (retention time)in HPLC method in which ODS column was employed,and shortage of available commercial carotenoid standards made it difficult to identify the carotenoids in Phaffia rhodozyma JMU-MVP14.The method mentioned in this paper overcame the above defects.关键词
