摘要

Abstract

Based on immobilized lysine oxidase and biosensor,method for the determination of lysine content in wort was established.The liner range,detection limit,optimum pH,stability and specificity were studied.Measurement of wort was compared with other determination ways such as amino acid analyzer,DBL,HPLC.The results showed that this method was very simple and accurate.The recovery ratio was 97.41%-103.23%,and relative standard deviation (RSD)2.23%.This method had a good linear relationship within the scope of 2~100 mg/100mL.And the detection limit was 2 mg/100 mL.This determination method for lysine had a series of characteristics such as high specificity and high precision,suitable for determination of lysine content in wort with a variety of amino acids.There were no signifi-cant differences (P>0.05)in measurement results among biosensor,DBL and HPLC.
