摘要

Abstract

Effects of thiram on community structure of soil microorganism and soil respiration intensity were investigated. The results showed that the thiram changed the soil microorganism population quantity, community structure and diversity index. The bacteria growth was stimulated by thiram at lower concentration but inhibited at higher concentration. The thiram inhibited the growth of actinomyces, increased the number of soil fungi. Lower concentration of thiram could increase but the higher greatly inhibit the soil microorganism respiration.
