Abstract
Objective:To find the therapeutic and prognostic effects of folic acid on the patients with H type hypertension and cerebral infarction by observing the effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets the patients. Methods:100 patients with cerebral farction were divided into two groups randomly. In the treatment group (n= 50), the patients were cured with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets of 10.0mg/0.8mg, and the control group (n= 50) was cured with enalapril of 10.0mg, and conventional treatment in the two groups was same. The levels of blood pressure before treatment and after treatment for 1, 2weeks, plasma homocysteine (Hcy) before treatment and after treatment for 2, 4 weeks were tested, and the neurologic impairment scores were graded.Results:There were no significant difference in blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels and neurologic impairment scores between two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). The levels of blood pressure of the treatment group 1, 2 weeks after treatment were normal, but still higher for control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05 ). Homocysteine levels of the treatment group 2,4 weeks after treatment was significantly <br> lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05 ). The neurologic impairment scores of the patients of two groups in different times were statistically different (P < 0.05 ), which were the highest before treatment and then gradually decreased after treatment. The scores of the patients of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets can effectively control the level of blood pressure and plasma Hcy of patients with H type of hypertension and acute cerebral infarction and improve the prognostic.关键词
