摘要
Abstract
objective: To explore the application of the process health education in high quality nursing care in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods: To treat the health education contents, nurse-training, health education implementation and evaluation as process management. Results:After the practice of process health education, mastery rate of health education knowledge of the nurse increased by 64.7%, and the satisfaction rate of patient to nursing increased by 45%. Conclusion:Application of process health education can improve the nursing ability of the nurses, facilitate the communication between nurses and patients, effectively improve the satisfaction of the patients.关键词
