厚朴果实中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取工艺比较
COMPARATIVE STUDY OF DIFFERENT EXTRACTION TECHNIQUES FOR EXTRACTION OF MAGNOLOL AND HONOKIOL FROM FRUITS OF MAGNOLIA OFFICINALIS

Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of Magnolol and Honokiol from fruits of Magnolia officinalis, and optimize the methods of extraction for Magnolol and Honokiol from fruits of Magnolia officinalis. Methods:Alcohol-reflux extraction, alkali extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction were compared for extraction of magnolol and honokiol from fruits of Magnolia officinalis, in which alcohol-reflux extraction were optimized by single factor test. The content of magnolol and honokiol was determined using TLC scanning method. Results:The content of Magnolol and Honokiol in fruits of Magnolia officinal is a quarter of that in bark of Magnolia officinal, which indicated that the fruits of Magnolia officinal can be used as medicine. The optimal parameters in the alcohol-reflux extraction in our study is:temperature 60 oC, 80%alcohol (v/v), three times of extraction (2, 1.5, 1 h). Conclusion: Alcohol-reflux extraction, alkali extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction have the similar extraction efficiency, which suggested that we can choose the proper extraction method depend on situation.关键词
