白芷饮片中总香豆素与欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量测定
CONTENT DETERMINATION OF TOTAL COUMARINS, IMPERATORIN AND ISOIMPERATORIN IN ANGELICAE DAHURICAE DECOCTION PIECES

Abstract
Objective:To understand the role and dosage in the treatment of vitiligo by determining the contents of total coumarins, imperatofin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae decoction pieces. Methods: The content of coumarins was measured by UV-VIS spectrophotometry, the contents of imperatofin and isoimperatorin were measured by HPLC with a Zorbax XB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column, a mobile phase of methanol-water volume ratio as 70:30, a detection wavelength of 300 nm and a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results:The results showed that imperatorin and isoimperatorin were in good linearity within certain ranges. Conclusion:The method is rapid, simple and accurate for the content determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae decoction pieces, and will provide a reference basis on the role and dosage of in the treatment of vitiligo.关键词
