脉冲电镀 Ni-Co 合金在高温处理下的结合力变化

Abstract
The combination of pulse electroplated Ni-Co alloy layer on steel substrate was investigated with various parameters namely heat temperature,heat time and pretreatment of steel substrate.The experiment results showed that after 1 hour heat treatment at different temperatures,the combination of Ni-Co alloy layer rised initially and then decreased along with increasing temperature.Furthermore, the lessening extent reduced gradually.After then the combination rised steadily.When the layer was heated at 400 ℃,the combination rised gradually in the first 30 minutes,which could reach a maximum strength of 5.41 MPa,followed by a drastic abatement.The steel substrate pretreatment could greatly improve mechanical properties of Ni-Co alloy layer,such as the increase of plastic deformation zone and the yield strength which could dramatically enhance the combination.关键词
