Abstract
Effect of diamond pattern on cutting performance of saw blades were investigated as well as the formula to calculate the concentration of arrayed diamond Three kinds of saw blades were used in the test to cut reinforced concrete Results indicated that with diamond concerntration of 20% and the same matrix and diamond grade the cutting speed of four-layer structured diamond saw blade increased by 13 8% but its tool wear increased by 13 3% the cutting speed of five-layer structured blade increased by 34 8% and the tool wear decreased by 17 3% This showed that the rational structure of diamond saw blade could improve the efficiency and life but the irrational structure would shorten the life.关键词
