固结磨料研磨K9玻璃表面粗糙度模型修正
Model updating of K9 glass surface roughness in fixed abrasive lapping
摘要
Abstract
Surface roughness is an important indicator of workpiece surface quality,and also a common processing quality parameter in ultra-precision machining.Considering the effect of abrasive traj ectory and pad elasticity,overlap rate of abrasive track was calculated by analyzing the probability density function of the abrasive interval.A correction factor associated with lapping pad was proposed,and its value was determined.The updated surface roughness model of K9 glass was obtained,and it was verified through experiments.The results showed that after correction,error between model caculating Ra of K9 glass and real Ra was controlled at less than 4%.The prediction accuracy of K9 glass surface roughness was greatly improved, guiding the lapping design effectively and improving processing efficiency.关键词
