Abstract
Abrasive belt was used to grind Q235 steel on bundled bar polishing machine.Material removal rate of the workpiece after grinding was analyzed and optimal combination of processing parameters was discussed.The results indicated that when grinding Q235 steel with abrasive belt,wire speed had the most significant effect on material removal rate,followed by the turntable speed and abrasive particle size,while abrasive belt tensioning force had least effect.The optimal parameters of the material removal rate were:abrasive belt tensioning force 200 N,turntable speed 500 r/min, abrasive particle size 120# ,wire speed 50 m/min.In this case the material removal rate would reach 6.860 2 g/s.关键词
