摘要

Abstract

The performance of different ceramic grinding wheels were explored by comparing acoustic signal of wheels with different binding agents and abrasive grits.With the change of the bond or granularity of ceramic grinding wheel,the frequency image and phase diagram of the acoustic would change accordingly.The characteristic of the acoustic frequency diagram was simple and obvious after fast Fourier transformation and wavelet transformation.The results indicated that it was feasible to use the acoustic characteristics to conduct comprehensive performance of grinding wheel with big data processing method.
